I took my sons temperature through his butt and his temp was 99.2. Is that a low grade fever that would go along if he was teething?

If on the weekend ur unborn child's father get his son from his bm and barely answers his phone and don't text....what would u think? Do u think he's spending time with the bm as well or he just wants to spend time with His son without being bothered?
