I have been so crampy since this morning and it has yet to stop. when I lay down or recliner e back I'm just super crampy but when I get up and walk around its like my whole stomach hurts. anyone else having this or know a way to make it stop?

your mucus plug could be loosening which can cause period like cramping. maybe call your doc.
@vereesah, I have been drinking water all day. I've had about 7 bottles of cold water. plus a few cups of ice. I took a bath around lunch and it didn't stop the cramps. and I have tried to walk around but I just cramp more and it's uncomfortable honestly....I even took Tylenol and that hasn't helped. any other ideas?
take a warm bath or shower and have the water fall on that area. i sit in the shower and have my belly under the water falling. feels a lot better. also Hydrate!!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
