i feel like my boobs arent as heavy and full does that mean im low on breastmilk i tried to directly feed but hurt too bad so i did formula feeding my baby is only 6 days old and i got a pump yesterday so now I'm wNting to pump but my boobs dont feel as heavy/;

My boobs are hurting so bad today, they feel like big bruises. I've been feeding her and I pumped to make sure I wasn't engorged or anything idk what's going on 😩 no fun.

Have you tried a nipple shield? I was the same with my first and the bf councilor grabbed one for me and it helped. Still uncomfortable but it helped.
