Feel like I'm somewhat seeing floaters in my eyes at times but my blood pressure is normal so I'm hoping it's not signs of preeclampsia. Could it be because I'm not drinking enough water??

Then it might be just the heat and not drinking enough. Try staying cool. Put a cool washcloth on your forehead
