I wouldn't do it. Amniocentesis is very risky towards baby and there's usually ALWAYS at least1 or 2 red markers in utero. Babies who actually have down syndrome usually have like 20 red markers so that 1 means nothing and they are just being more invasive. My daughter was in perfect health!
