question for mamas in Texas. not really pregnancy related. my husband might be taking a job in midland Texas. my boys and I will be moving with him. is there a lot of family things to do there? I'm a sahm I have a 5 year old and a 1 month old. I've never been to Texas. I'm from Wyoming. kind of interested to see if its worth me moving my boys or if I should just stay in Wyoming and visit my husband when I can. thank :)

I live about 20min from Midland! Not tons to do, but there is a children's museum, some parks, etc. There is also a huge mall in Odessa (about 20min from Midland) with an omni theater, an ice skating rink, etc. Midland also has an awesome library that does all sorts of things! There's some pools/water parks also that are open in the summer. The Com is kinda like a YMCA also.

Some negatives about Midland is that housing costs are crazy expensive because of the oil boom (which is why I live in Stanton lol) and traffic is awful also because of the boom.

Ive been looking at rentals I've noticed its pretty pricey Lol. thank you. I'm looking forward to no snow lol
