sex isnt an option unfortunately i have heard thats the best way of inducing labor... my fiance passed away few months ago. i dont have a ball but i started using the side of my bed lol not sure if it's as effective. i will try the foot thing ive heard a little about that..

I would up the sex to a couple times a day. I would bounce on a ball if you have one. Also have dance parties! Shake that baby up. Get groovin! Don't be too relaxed because they'll be too comfy in there! Also look up labor inducing foot reflex points. Or possibly go get a pedi ;)

Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step.
