Umm I did twice a day until she'd get really fussy. Which was between 2 and 5 minutes depending on the day. I'd do it after her breakfast and then before her dinner and bed. @steppphh

Mine was having tummy time at 5days old so I'd say no. As long as the umbilical stump has fallen off. Her doctor said it was fine
