My midwife said to take Tylenol and a bath and if they don't stop after an hour it's contractions

Iam feeling pains in my bottom stomach that come and go my body just gets really tight. Trying to wait it out but it feels like it's not going away just wanted to get ppls thought on real contractions. Ty

for me real contractions was me not being able to sleep through them fake contractions feel like u bouta start your period
