I stopped pumping like instead of every 2 hours I went to 4 then 6 then 8 and then I just stopped I leaked a lot for about 3 days but I was overproducing before that

i stopped pumping and breast feeding pretty much on the dot. and my boobs hurt for a day after that they went back to normal and i dont leak any more. if i squeeze my breast it will come out a little but other then that my milk supply ended in about 2 days

Don't stop pumping cold turkey cause your boobs will hurt, use cabbage leaves and drink sage tea.
