@simplyairbear, i just pump because my daughtervalways has trouble latching on since my nipples are so small 😭😭 but this has flavor so u can put it in a 12oz cup of water or juice but it has to be cold. it tastes really yummy like rasberry juice lol i usually add it with my hawiian punch (: but yes tge beer is so gross i dont like beer in general. but your welcome glad i helped you out! 😊😊

Yeah. I purely pump though. He never wanted to latch, so mommy got more work haha. And I agree! The dark beer is absolutely horrible 😳 it's supposed to be one a night, and I can't even do it. I lasted a week and couldn't do it anymore. And the cookies too. So I'll have to look for this! Especially if it works for you! That would be amazing!! I hope it gives you a big supply! I've tried the cookies as well as dark beer, but both are so nasty 😫 I'd much rather do that where I could just chug it if it's not so good. Lol. I have an easier time stomaching the dark beer over the cookies haha. You'll have to let me know if it works! How much was it and where did you find it? 🙂 that would be crazy if it worked well enough for over supply! Haha. Although I feel like an over supply would be amazing! yes! i bought it today and it says it helps with milk supply and to take 1 package a day in a 12oz cup with water or juice. and it says i cant take 3 packages a day because it migjt cause oversupply but i reqlly wanna know if it will work 😂 my left boob makes more milk then my right 😑😑😑😑 @simplyairbear
