Sounds like your sciatic nerve..a body pillow can help a ton while you sleep! You can also try a chiropractor, massage and yoga poses to help it feel better. I had it really bad in the beginning of my second trimester and all of those things helped me and it's not bothered me since. Hope you get relief soon :)

It's been 2 months for me and it's getting worse with time! Im in so much pain especially at the end of the day! My bf rubs me at night with some pressure and i feel ok in the am but night time im miserable! Good Luck!
