I had my docs appointment today, she told me I'm ready for the labour but my cervix is not soft n dilated... I really want to go for a normal delivery wat should I do to go for it naturally?

they say apricots and pineapples and even sex can help but IDK how true it is. talk to your doctor or google it but be careful with google they be doing to much sometimes

If you're doing a c section then it should matter if your dilated or not.
