Breastfeeding mommies;
So lately I've been noticing a sort of smell to my breast milk, is it supposed to smell ? I didn't notice that smell at the beginning, but then again I've only been doing it 2 weeks 🤔

Are you smelling it when you pump or when some leaks out? I know sometimes, especially at night, when I leak and I smell it after it's been there for a bit (like if it goes between my boobs) it can be kinda smelly. It could also be something in your diet since what you eat flavors your milk so I can only assume that what you eat can change the smell of your milk too. If you are concerned, it doesn't hurt to call the advice nurse or lactation consultant at the hospital 😊@steppphh
Not to be gross or anything but it kind of has a sweaty armpits smell to me 😂 I know it's not me because I showered lol so I'm wondering if that's normal or there's something wrong with my milk @sarahb518 @brwneydgirly25
my kid spits up on me 24/7 so I smell like cheese all the time.. lol ughhhhh not funny.. 😬🔫
When it leaks out or even when I'm feeding lol I read into it & I guess it is because of what you eat & what not 😳 I wonder what it is that I've been eating that makes it smell like that haha @sarahb518
