I ordered mine offline and got it delivered from Georgia to California.

Online. I printed the form out and filled it out had it notarized then sent it off. Had it delievered from California to Idaho.

I got mine mailed here from Michigan to Georgia but I had mine over night but I called

look up vital records in the country you were born and there should be a number to call. I've had to order mine twice.
