So my baby girl is 3 weeks and my milk flow has slowed down A LOT!!!!
How can I get my milk flow back up?
I can pump twice a day. I can make no more then 5 oz tho.... Help!!!

help. clogged duct no milk I've done warm compress and massage. Not helping. I am at work so I can't nurse all day. And pumping is not helping just making my nipple more swollen. This is miserable. Any other things I can try to help my milk to flow??? Milk isn't coming out of both sides and just the left side is clogged .

Normal. Nurse as much as possible, eat oatmeal and drink dark beer, that'll help
