How was your experience pushing? I feel Like I won't do it right. lol
there is no right or wrong way just don't get frustrated push when they tell you to..@lexirosex3,
@mamaash, @mommachick2016 @ajsmommy7 @towens921 @princesssskxo @armani711 @mamix3_ thanks you guys!!! 😊
very easy 20 minutes of pushing and he came out it didn't even hurt I felt the tiniest bit of pressure that's it
it gets easy once you remember again and with everyone support you should be fine
It was hard for me smh her head was just stuck for a while lol
That's the easy part! Once you get pass the contractions!
my mom said she just kinda knew . my friend said the same . she said when she felt a contraction coming she pushed .
I couldn't get past her shoulders for a few mins so her head was jus sittin out lol
first time horrible but doc just said there's no right or wrong way just have to wait for the right time. my sister pushed at the wrong time and split front to back and pooped herself and I was there to see it all
You'll do fine! My doctor helped me a lot; he told me when to push, if I needed to push harder, etc. Just be sure to focus all of your energy on getting baby out!
@mommycheeks, thank you I hope there's no wrong way Of pushing 😟
everyone is different you'll do just fine just take deep breaths and push

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
You push on the contraction. If you push while you're contracting it helps push baby out. Bare down and push like you're trying to poop. Push your effort down. Don't scream. Grit your teeth and bare through the push than breath. Screaming is a waste of energy and will prolong the delivery
