I ordered a portable closet so I can start organizing. Ups said they delivered it, two seconds after I got the notification I checked my doorstep. Nothing was there🙄.

I called them and the delivery man said he left it, and the lady arguing with me talking about I called 30 mins after he delivered it so someone in the building took it. I kept telling her I went to the door right after and nobody or truck was driving off. How can someone take a package within two seconds? She caught an attitude with me and I gave her one right back.

We live in a six family building with cameras, people's packages stay all day long and nobody touch them. Something is not adding up 🤔

I'm glad I was able to get a refund from Amazon because I would have lost it😒
