Hi everyone, so since 1hour ago that was when I finished wee my tee, I set down to the sofa and lets say about 10min later I started to have tightness it's really irregular and when it's comes up to 40-45sec I would say.. Had a bath to see it helps, did a bit but still have pain like down where you get period pains it's okay in a moment but once I move bloody sore!! What should I do?
