What is your input on drinking a monster while breastfeeding? I did drink soda while pregnant but never energy drinks I'm about to crash if I don't get some kinda energy.

Monster energy drinks while pregnant?? Has anyone ever drank energy drinks while pregnant? Obviously not everyday but every once in a while? I don't drink any caffeine right now besides maybe a Pepsi every now and then. I'm 7w5d and having horrible insomnia I haven't slept more than 3 or 4 hours in weeks. Just wondering if it'd be okay to drink one??
Do you think it’s safe to drink Red Bull while pregnant? I don’t drink coffee or any other energy drinks. So this would basically be the one && only. *Update* Well I never drink energy drinks. need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Coffee you gave have 1-3 cups a day nut energy drinks have a lot of other ingredients

Ok. I can get 8 oz from each breast might take me 30-45 mins but whatever is best for my little one 😊 thank you for your advice. @ladyameliasmama

I'd pump until you're empty. So if you normally pump 8 than pump 8

Really not good for the baby to have that in their system. I'd suggest doing a pump and dump the first round after drinking it
