they won't offer me a sweep until I'm 7 days over my due date. it's all dependent on the trust and area you live in! x

Bit odd she's not offered considering you're that far over but I'm sure she'll probably give you one tomorrow and no doubt book your induction in. obviously if she doesn't I would mention it to her. xx

mine gave me a sweep at 40 weeks then I was signed off by her and from there I had to go to hospital for my 2nd sweep (both done nothing) at about 5 days over they booked my induction in which would have had me at 12 days over. xx

im seeing midwife tomorrow im gonna asked to be induced im not happy she hasnt offered me one sweep @catherineln25 never seem to know what they doing x

I'm consultant led babes but they are sending me to the midwife next week at my local health centre. I kicked off about the care the midwife gave and refused to see her. I felt like I could do a better job @xx.rachiexx x

i dont.go to hospital i see.the midwife at the doctors but ive had.nothing she even measured my baby small when i went to hospital he was fine. she seriously.doesnt.know how.to do her job. im sure they offer you an induction at 12 days.late.so a sweep wouldnt be beneficially.since id only have to wait.6 days to be induced @catherineln25 my midwife.is useless x

you've had a sweep already, right? have sex, eat the centre bit of a pineapple, eat something with lots of garlic, walk lots of stairs :)
