I don't care what anyone says I will do sleep with my baby, won't let her cry ( no crying out…

I couldn't agree more! studies actually show you shouldn't let your child cry out within the first year of life. my little guy sleeps on his own when he goes down at 9pm but when he wakes up if he doesn't stay asleep when he finishes his bottle and I lay him down, he's in the bed with me. I don't believe in the "purple cry" either. I think that term was just made up so people wouldn't feel guilty for leaving their crying child. if my son is crying, I do everything I can to find out what's wrong

My daughter won't even sleep anywhere but with me😅 I don't mind though I love being cuddled up with her lol @mum2logi

Wish i could reshare this! This is true...i sleep with my babies, I don't sleep hard and I don't sleep wild so I never worry about rolling over on her. I lay her on a pillow next to me just to keep her raised alittle and comfy. She has a bassinet that is all fancy with gliding and music but she won't stay in there at night only more so her little naps. It's also easier having her next to me in the bed bc of my repeat cs..I don't have to get up and walk around the bed to get her. There is no rules for parenting everybody has different methods that work.

@alexzandriar, I know, I love cuddling with my lil guy during the day and just watching him sleep. I do enjoy that short sleep on my back though lol. he usually goes to sleep in my arms and if I lay him down and move my arm out from under he wakes up. so one position gets tiring lol

I sleep with my baby and at this point I think it's more for me now than him ,lol I feel more safe . my doctor said you will feel bad when something happens to him or you wake up with your child dead beside you . he said if I had a crib or bassinet I said yeah I have both but i don't want him in it

My son slept with me and SO every night for the first 2 months. It was easier especially since he's EBF. Now he sleeps in his crib (it's in our room) w/o protest but still sometimes wants to sleep with us. (He's 4 months) I feel like not forcing it made it easier. And I've never been for the COM especially seeing his face when he cries 😰 he always looks helpless when he gets into a full blown fit.

Doctors will say anything to try to guilt trip you into doing stuff their ways. My doctor even tried to make me feel bad for not waiting to get on birth control smh lol. @abelsmama16
