**Rant & don't get mad**
So everything I have to work my SO wants to go to his moms, but he lost his license and he's not covered thru my insurance, he already got a ticket in my car that's in my dads name ( he asked me not to let him drive because he got a call from the insurance about the ticket) so he tries to talk me j to him dropping me off n going to his moms . Thing is, his mom smokes pot like ridiculously crazy. In front of all the children, I do not agree with that and already told him n his mom my daughter will not go over there if she's going to smoke, she's already told me she's not going to stop if my daughter is there , her previous house was drug busted btw. He complains because I "won't let him do what he wants" then he called me a stupid whore. I'm so tired of this bs arguing , his brother told me if I leave him n take our daughter they will pay for a lawyer for him to get custody, so now I'm stuck . I love him but we argue too much, we get violent and he's gotten physical . I trusted his judgement one day n let his sister watch our daughter for 3 hours while I worked, I picked her up and every smelled like weed, my daughter, her clothes, blankets, everything in her diaper bag, it was so bad that I put her in the car and it made my car smell like it, then I told his sister and she tells me idk how it smells like it I put her in the room n closed the door. So wait what?!! You locked my baby in a room n not watching to smoke pot??!! I'm so done!!

Don't let them scare u with the "imma get a lawyer and take the baby" bullshit because they have to prove that ur unfit which it's clear that ur not. The most he would get is some visitation rights. Just from the little things that u said a judge wouldn't even grants him joint custody of ur daughter. Remove ur self from that situation. It's not worth the stress especially if they are smoking around ur baby that not cool nor is it legal. And on top of that if they bring u to court u can make sure the judge know about they illegal activities.

I tell him not to take her there n while I'm at work he will call to have someone pick them up, the one day I trusted him with the car he went to his moms then left n left her their with his mom. Then he wonders why I don't tell him take her anywhere ! @anthonysmommie080116

That's really crazy and so untrustworthy. I hope things get better but for real if they can't respect ur wishes, ur mind, and ur child, it's time to go

Right I know, I just feel guilty for done reason I want her to be around her dad but we argue so bad, we can't agree on anything, it's just so stressful @anthonysmommie080116

I had a friend go through that a few months ago. she has full custody now. once it gets physical, it goes downhill from there. your baby shouldn't have to grow up in such a volatile environment. document everything, take pictures. there are people out there to help you.
