Having contractions 5 minutes apart with no dilation... What can I do to dilate!? I've walked, bounced on a ball, had sex, and I've had no change since Thursday other than regular contractions that are getting stronger. 😩
Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So contractions hadn't made much of a difference so I've had the gel. Let's hope this works 😭

@xoxoalexusss, I'm dilated 2.5cm but i didn't progress any while at the hospital so they sent me home to progress more. It's so annoying!!
