If anyone's baby is a little over 4 months old, did they start waking up in the middle of the night…

there's a sleep regression around that time...some babes skip it (mine did) but some babes it hits full force.

My daughter went through a major sleep regression from around when she was 3 months to 6 months. She would wake up on average 5 times a night. Now finally she has only been waking up about twice a night. They are growing and learning so much I think it is pretty common. Every baby is different though so hopefully the wakefulness ends soon! Good luck and hopefully you get some sleep soon!

Yep it's called the 4 month sleep regression, I wish someone would've warned me about it. It'll pass though 😊

Yes it started at 3.5 months and still going. She will be 4 months Tuesday. She was sleeping 6-7 hours now back to up every two. Ever read or hear about the wonder weeks book? You can download the app and it shows you when growth spurts occur and how long they usually last.
