in mine I packed baby nightgowns (AMAZING for late night diaper changes) some onsies, burp cloth, store bought recieving blankets (they were for our pictures, blankets, coming home outfit, mittens, socks,

don't bother bringing: bottles, formula (if you're not breast feeding), diapers, wipes, you don't even have to bring recieving blankets. the hospital gives you more than enough & they send you home with extras & all the things you didn't use
