My SO getting upset cause I'm not dilating after all these pills they've given me .. The nurse said its cause I'm having a boy 😩 little boy been stubborn since the beginning

I'm having a girl haven't dilated or effaced NOTHING when I went to my Monday appointment.. Smh 🙄 she's stubborn. I go Wednesday for my next appointment hopefully I've progressed!
