I had it a few days before I went into labor. It was pretty bad too. It'll pass.

it is not fun at all @allyandbabies. it just hit all of a sudden today and now my lower back is killing me too

no your body is just cleansing itself out for labor. I've been dealing with it too

I had never heard it before, but my husband was saying it means the baby is coming soon

No I've been having diarrhea since around 33 weeks , I'm now almost 40 weeks and still no sign of baby . My doctor says its just our bodies slowly cleaning themselves out and baby is pushing on all our organs and what not. Plus it's just an annoying pregnancy symptom that's common in the beginning and end of pregnancy .
