I'm thinking of getting the amber teething necklace for my son since he seems all his teeth want to pop through right after another. Lol but when I looked on Amazon, they have different ones as in; honey, cognac, dark cherry. Does it matter about that or is it all the same? I noticed they all looked different, wasn't sure if those were just the colors maybe?

Something to do with the Amber rock it's made out of it. It some how releases a pain reliever through the touch of your skin. It's supposed to help with the pain and slow the drooling down. I've heard many good things about it. It's just a little necklace they wear. Not supposed to chew on It though.

Awesome! I noticed price differences as well with the different colors. But I didn't see anything about the strength of how well it works
