You probably had your ultrasound done too early. This one I had done at 5 wks 4 days as you can see it's just the sac. Went back too weeks later & saw the baby and heartbeat.

Yes if the ultrasound was done too early the bean might be too small to see still. With my first baby I had an ultrasound done too soon-- we saw a sack and no baby, but I went back around 8 weeks and there she was!
