I personally would call your pediatrician. I know breast-fed babies can go along time without pooping. Usually they have a lot more wet diapers.

Wait your baby is only three days old so three wet diapers is perfectly fine!

it's normal.. my son was having issues pooping..the doc told me as long as it doesn't go 3 days without a bm then they are fine.
