Hey ladies when did your doctor start checking for dilation?

31 weeks cuz i have too many Braxton Hicks contractions...im still closed but he'll be checking on a regular...👍

he just told me after my 28 week appointment that he was gonna start cervix checks at my next appointment. I'm not high risk or anything. I do have a dividing wall in my vagina, he calls it a septum but I dont think that has anything to do with his reasoning for checking so early. Im thinking he checks everyone that early. I'm a FTM myself so it's no problem girl😘

@heatherlg88, did your doctor ask or did they just start doing them & anything happened to make them start checking ? Sorry ftm herr

mine started at 30 weeks

36 weeks and then I'll be checked again at 39 weeks.

35 cause I asked..

35 weeks when he did the GBS test ( I think that's what it's called) but you can ask to be checked sooner.
