My babies first fish tank ❤ 💕

Yes!! I moved from the country to a more city like town lol I had chickens, horses, and other critters. Well, being in the Orlando area.. I can't just put a horse in my back yard lol. Horses are my big hobby.. But they've been put on the back burner until after the baby, and we move lol. @guaderrama_babies2 so my fish are my new little hobby also

@klove2016, I understand the plug dilemma lol I'm running out also. My boyfriend thinks it's a waste of time I tell him they are my hobby

Yeah for sure. Lol I miss having betas in my tank.. They're so pretty, and go so unnoticed. If we had more room in our apartment is set my 20 gallon tank up, and stock it with just them.. But I've run out of outlets and walls 😂 we plan to move into an actual house at the first of the year, so i will be defiantly setting one up then!! @guaderrama_babies2

@klove2016, oh yeah they are hardy fish. I tried the whole community tank with females and they ended up eating each other. I swear it's a hit and miss with female Betta's lol

Yeah. The females betas were fine for a good year.. But after the Angels got good sized, they just didn't work. 😕 and that's amazing. I didn't think they could live that long! @guaderrama_babies2

@klove2016, angels and Betta's aren't compatible I bet they did eat them. I don't do bowls anymore. it can distort they're vision badly and I find that they thrive and live longer in tanks 2.5g and up. They're life span in a larger tank is amazing! Some of my other Betta friends keepers have Betta's 10+ years old! My oldest is 2 years so far.

@valrocks, those are beautiful!! And he shouldn't be biased to Angels!! They're amazing! And very very personable. Atleast mine are lol.. They see me and all 5 rush to the side of the tank, and come to the top, and let me touch them. I bought 2 koi angels and turns out, one paired up with one of my previous Angels in the tank, and they lay eggs every 10 days. The eggs never make it past the wiggler stage because I have Cory cats fish, and the sucker fish.. And I'm sure the barbs eat on them when lights go off at night. My boyfriend won't let me get a breeder net, because then I'll have a bunch of baby Angels lol

@guaderrama_babies2, yes. They definitely thrive better in a filtered tank. However, with proper upkeep, they do fine in a bowl. I had 5 Beta live in bowls for 3 years... This is my first male beta is a filtered tank.. I always had female betas in my community tank, but once my angel fish got bigger, I think they started eating my female betas 😳 because they vanished lol

@valrocks, I love my fish lol my angel fish are by far my favorites though. I can practically pet them when I open the top to feed them lol

OMG I love this! I am a Betta fish mommy lol I have 5 and they each have their own filtered and heated tanks 3 gallons and up. Not many people know they need more than a stinky bowl to live. He is a beautiful half-moon Betta.

Yes. I'm more of the fish addict. Lol hahah I've got a community tank full of angels, Cory catfish, a sward tail tetra, and 2 barbs. And then have my 55 gallon tank with my 9in Oscar fish who will get about 12 in long. Haha
