Yes, but some don't feel them like others do. The tightening could be BH or mild contractions.

@mommagotbump16, I'm a FTM but I was told after a certain amount of weeks they not BH they can be mild contractions. Is that true?

I never felt contractions, I went from a closed cervix to 4cm in a day and had no idea, I didn't even feel them when I was in full labor! 😂

@newmommy_2016, yeah my doctor told me my body was made to have babies, because she was shocked I didn't know when to push because you push every contraction, so she had to feel my tummy and tell me 😂

@desi87, no it's not. You can randomly have BH anytime, but they're more likely to be real contractions the further you get in your pregnancy.

I feel the exact way, although I do get cramps with the tightening and pressure & backaches Lol

with my first my labor contractions didn't hurt until my water actually broke. I actually thought it was just gas bubbles I was feeling haha

I didnt have contractions in my belly when i went into labor just real bad back pain.

My water broke that was the only way I knew I was in labor and it was leaking, never really felt contractions in pregnant with number two and I'm afraid I won't know again when it's time
