Well it's official I'm doing this alone. I'm so upset I can't even breathe. Trying to calm down

Has anyone had to go in for not being able to breathe..i know it's probably just the baby pushing on me but I literally can't catch my breath at all making me break out in a huge rash from stressing out and I'm on fire..

Or will they be able to do anything.

I'm freaking out. At my boyfriends friends house and I'm cramping and I feel like I have to puke but it's not coming out. I feel like I have to poop really bad too and I can't breathe. I really don't want this to be labor because I'm not ready yet 😩😭😭😭

Completely have lost it with this rash I can't eat or sleep it's so bad !
