@owensmommy85, I'm sticking with it, once my milk officially came in I noticed that the dry crackiness started going away. It's still painful sometimes but getting better, I'm glad I kept on 😊

When you first start to breastfeed your nipple will get raw. Trust me I was the same way. But hold on because after the first week your nipple will harden up and heal🙌🏿. I used coconut oil in the hospital and lanolin when i got home they will crack either way just continue to nurse and apply your product😘

I had the same problem too and none of these suggestions worked for me. when the baby is but using every 2 hours there's no chance to heal. After week 2, I ended up exclusively pumping for the next 3 weeks and then exclusively nursing again and it was better because he didn't nurse every 2 hours by then. Maybe it was just me and my baby's latch.

Rub breast milk on your nipple/areola and let them air dry:) it works .. And make sure before nursing to hand express just enough to coat it again . It works as a lubricant to prevent further tearing :)

Give it a break from nursing. Pump it while also using any of the nipple creams.
