@rachel8792, did u have stitches because you tore or because of an episiotomy?

8 weeks. Its supposed to be 6 weeks, but when I went in for my PP visit, I cried with the doc just checking my stitches, and even at 8 weeks, sex made me feel like I was a virgin again cuz it hurt so much haha

7 weeks as my appointment went over the 6 weeks. you really should wait for your pp check up

6+ weeks is best. Your body isn't even healed in that time but doing so anytime before isn't a great idea. What works for some doesn't work for everyone.

7-8weeks. You are not suppose to have sex before your check up. I know though lots of mums do have before. Theres a risk for infection etc

They usually want you to wait 4-6 weeks. I waited almost 3 months lol
