Is it normal to bleed after giving birth and then not have my period for two weeks? I took a pregnancy blood test and I never received a phone call, so some mom's I know said it must've been negative results. I'm kind of bummed, but I know it's for the best because my ex boyfriend has been being verbally abusive toward me and isn't changing.
bleeding is normal for up to 2-6 weeks after giving birth, more if you are doing too much and not allowing your body proper healing rest. if you are breastfeeding you may not get your period for 6 months or more depending on circumstances, like I've been ebf for nearly 7 months and still have not started menstruating again and sometimes it can take up to a year
Some women it takes weeks/months to re regulate periods after birth!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I got my period last night... :-)
