What would you all do?

Through out my pregnancy I've had days go by where baby isn't moving too much but eventually she will make a few big movements. But that never lasted more than two days. For the past week I've hardly been able to feel her movements at all. And I havnt felt any big movements what so ever. Today I've felt her move maybe three/four times. I feel like there's just a decrease in movement every day.

I called the office and they said I'd have to go to L&D so they can monitor her.

Would you all go? Or just assume that everything is okay and she's just being calm.

I don't wanna go and have it be for nothing and look ridiculous .. But I'm also just worried. I have a monitor to listen to her heart beat and it sounds fine but does that mean that everything's okay?
