Welcomed Jack Ryan to the big world July 20th 2016 at 10:42pm weighing 7lbs 0.8oz and 19.75 inches long. All natural labor and delivery. Full labor lasted 7hrs. Arrived at hospital at around 8:30pm 6cm 80% effaced and at -1 1station. One quick labor and delivery I almost had him on the floor I was trying to get into the bed to push because my water broke and I couldn't stop pushing. No stitches just a road rash on my left side. I feel absolutely amazing and little bleeding and cramping.
