i wouldn't go rushing in unless your having contractions or your water broke. ..it could be days before labor or hours

id call your doctor and see what they say... i really dont know 3 kids and i never had a bloody show my mucus plugs ways came out hole when my water breaks

That's what happened with me as well. Everytime I wiped it was bloody/mucusy. I started having contractions like 10 hours after the first sign of it and had my daughter within 2 days
