I feel like my blood pressure is high or something... I just got so light headed and my ears started ringing and I could hear my heartbeat in my ears... Felt like my heart was gonna jump right outta my chest... But I sat down for a few minutes and drank some water and feel ok now..... I can't wait till this pregnancy is overrr!!!

I feel like that sometimes too. But my eyesight goes all tunnel vision and I feel like I have to puke. But sometimes my blood sugar gets low (I don't have diabetes but I can tell when it drops cuz I feel off) at least you're almost done! I have about 14 weeks to go haha

@kaygee612, yeah, that's a sign of high blood pressure. you need to tell your doctor about that

My blood pressure is fine. It doesn't happen often and every time I go it's always low. @kala_elise
