My Union not only pays 100% tuition reimbursement for us to have as many degrees as we desire but they also provide their employees with quarterly voucher reimbursement for childcare from newborn- 5 years. Unfortunately in my area, there's one major system that's taken over, and the other 2 are very difficult to get jobs there because they've had a few lay offs the past couple years. I'm pretty stuck right now. Hoping I can specialize and get out after the kids are a little older!
