I take citrinatal (I think that's how you spell it) it has a stool softener in it and they never make me sick. They're a soft gel tablet.

I tried the gummies first.. I've tried the pill and now I'm trying soft tablets. I'm about to try natures valley now. I tried one a day Womens prenatal and another major brand but they make me sick

Yeah sometimes it's a trial and error things. Everyone's body is different. What kind are you taking now? Have you tried the gummies? I heard those were good I just never tried them.

I was told to take them while trying to conceive but I have tried changing them this is my third brand.. And I still feel sick I've tried eating before, after, drinking milk and everything it isn't helping @mellysmommy0805

You probably will need to change them. That's what I had to do, my previous prenatals made me sooo sick. My OB gave me some samples and I picked the ones that didn't make me sick.
