38 weeks and not dialeted at all, is that normal? Im getting scared that i will need a c section

@babyboy528, thanks! Ive been using the EPO and it has helped soften but not dialet so I just bought a exercise ball and bounced on it for an hour so far

ya you probley wont dialate til last minute or your body might need help

They will normally try to induce you before they do a c-section

With my first, I went from 0-10 within hours. I got checked one day and was at 0 and then 3 days later I went into labor and had my daughter within 30 mins of labor. With my second, I was at 3 cm for 2 weeks before she came, but again I was only in labor for 30 mins or so. Barely made it to the hospital each time lol... But my point is, don't worry. Every pregnancy is different and not everyone dilates before they go into labor.

@babyhinojosa16, I wouldn't worry. even if you arnt dialated they can use something like a folley bulb to help if you're effaced
