My little one will be 3 months on the 30th, he keeps chewing on EVERYTHING and is drooling like crazy but I don't feel teeth what could it be?

It could be, Elliot did all that and didn't cut a tooth until 7 months

Definitely teething , Lucas was exactly the same and he just cut his first tooth 3 days ago and he will be 7 months next week!
