Try walking , doing squats, bouncing on yoga ball or bed if you don't have the ball.. And having sex helps too
I been doing some of everything and nothing helping I have contractions but I am not dilating at all
Most of the time it doesn't break on its own, just keep your activity level up to help labor to come
ok but I have to get me a yoga ball, but I will try the other stuff, did the walking and I don't like sex when I am at this stage because I been having body aches and pains
