When I first got pregnant with my second I was breastfeeding and I could feel my uterus tightening. My midwife said I could continue. But I had a hard time and just decided to stop.

@ebany06, that's why I said be careful & it's not recommended Lol. It releases its contraction hormone released during labor. Are you breastfeeding or just pumping just because?

Be careful, nipple stimulation can cause labor. It's not recommended while pregnant.

i will breast feed once my little lady gets here but my boobs are huge and uncomfortable plus my ducts are getting clogged. I will just wait. Im 33wks now. i will just wait lol @dang_dridri
