Has anyone dealt with a fluctuating temp during teething? My 9 month old already has 6 teeth and has never experienced a fever. But today is day 3 of a low grade fever (100) and it keeps spiking then dropping to normal and going back up again. He saw the doctor yesterday who agreed its possibly from teething but it's weird that teething has never caused a temp for him before.
