My nurse told me about home remedies today. She said use your breast milk after you feed or pump on your nipples.(that worked for me) and then she told me about using tea bags. After you make tea put the bags on you nipples( it has a healing agent in it) I haven't tried the tea bags yet. I hope this helps.

was with a mild soap and apply triple antibiotic cream. it'll help prevent infection. just wipe it off before nursing because it gives baby gas

@cubanese, I don't really like that brand. I like the medela brand. But I don't deal with dry or cracked nipples either they are just sore.
